There have been some discussions around the OCR announcement on the 18^th and whether or not an increase will stifle any of the current activity we have been seeing.  Overall, the feedback from buyers we have spoken with is that they understand that smaller corrections will likely take place but that it’s not the same as the last wave of increases where the market stopped while they waited out impending changes.  The potential change likely won’t impact the current activity we have been seeing.  People seem confident in their decisions to make a change and have positioned themselves well with the banks and their own personal circumstances. Being in a good position to buy is still important and as we see stock levels come down competition will inevitably increase so having a good position from the start will continue to be important and we are always available to help talk through what that might looks like.
