This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

We’re back! We hope you have had a good break and that the New Year has treated you well so far.  The break was a good time to relax, but we also saw a higher-than-normal amount of inquiry and some of it has led to some very good activity.  The market seems to be finding its feet and the confidence out there seems to be really good.  The weather over the last week or so has dampened down some of the activity we were hoping to see, but the inquiry is still good and optimism is high for this New Year.  There are still a lot of lifestyle listings on the market (Currently 132 Hastings and 22 Napier – 54 of which are bare land). There have been some great new listings launched and still to come from the team and don’t forget, things that have been around since last year will be very keen to see a result and are worth having another look at if you haven’t thought about them in a while.  We are here to help with anything you might need, so don’t hesitate to reach out and let us know where your interests lie.
