This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

Another warm Hawke's Bay week has flown by! Hawke's Bay is now looking very summer dry and some decent rainfall will be very much welcomed.

After a wee delay, we now have 1657 Taihape Road available on the website with the subdivision plan available for download (three lots available). Rainwater supply only and some covenants will apply however we are still awaiting solicitor confirmation of these. Contact us directly for viewing or please let us know if you will attend the open days (which will be conducted by our colleagues Paul and Chris). Tenders close 4.00pm Thursday 10th February 2022.

At the moment, you are no doubt aware there are many discussions around the challenges obtaining finance approval since the changes in December. Our best advice would be to have your finance approvals in place as far as is possible prior to committing to making any offers, in an effort to strengthen your position especially if you are in a multi-offer situation. If you are unsure of your best way to proceed, please call us any time to discuss your options.
