It sure has been crisp and cold this week as we steam through July! The blue-sky days are pretty hard to beat though - here's to some more weekend sunshine.

It seems the market is moving a wee bit slower too, with just 13 sales reported for July thus far. Of interest, however, is that four of these are farm sales, ranging from just under 100 hectares to almost 600 hectares with a total of over $15,500,000. A good nod to confidence in the Hawke's Bay rural market, even in the middle of winter.
