This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

The weekends open home turn outs were again quite good from a market perspective.  While not every property suits everyone that attends, the consistency in numbers and attendance is promising.  We are even seeing good numbers on things that have been on since before Christmas so it would appear there are good buyers in the market looking for their right property.  As things begin to heat up and more, and more buyers come to the market, being committed to decision making is key.  That “fear of missing out” feeling isn’t fully back yet, so there are plenty of people looking at things but not fully committing to them.  This provides a great opportunity to put offers on properties and keep an element of control over where the price goes. It is still the case that activity is what vendors want and entertaining genuine offers is a good place for them to be so it’s worth making a move on things you have seen and like and find out where it takes you. There are two great new listings on this week so if you're looking for something sizeable and luxurious these might fit the bill.  That being said, there's still more to come with a really nice 3 bedroom on Taihape Road coming next week so be on the look out for that one as well.
