What a week! So good to have some gorgeous autumn days to counter the chillier nights. It's been a big week for our team with a large number of appraisals being presented, a great selection of new properties launched to the market, good enquiries all round, as well as several new offers being presented and negotiated. Many vendors are making, or at least considering, market adjustments heading into the winter months, so it pays to keep checking in and talking with your agent (me!) to keep abreast of any changes and opportunities as they happen.

If you are out and about around Napier, Clive, Haumoana and Te Awanga tomorrow, you may have to slow down for a runner or walker or two.  The Hawke's Bay Marathon has brought a vast number of people into our region - from participants to volunteers to supporters, it's a huge boost to our local economy!
