This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

There has been a slight increase in activity this week and it’s starting the feel like the longer daylight hours and Spring feelings are creeping into people’s habits.  Open home attendance across the team was good, despite it being Father’s Day we all felt that there were people out searching for their next property.  This is good as the signs supporting the season are consistent with what we would expect.  There hasn’t been a rush of new listings hitting the market but we have some gems coming!  We are working on a good variety of new listings across different buying levels, so this Spring should be good in terms of being able to offer something for everyone and of course, don’t forget the ones we currently have as they are equally as amazing and very keen to see a result!
