This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

Time is ticking down to the Christmas holiday and we are seeing a mixed bag of activity across the region. Some people are keen to get moving straight away while others seem to be content to wait until after the holidays to make their decisions. Our buyer enquiry tends to be of good quality and genuine, being from those who are actively in the market and ready to make a decision for the right property. Lifestyle sales have been consistent - thus far 22 sales have been recorded for November, with time on the market varying from 16 days to 717 days! The REINZ sales statistics are not finalised until after the first week of the following month so there may be an update to these figures. Once they are finalised, I will publish them on my blog page for you to take a look over.

Our final open homes for the year will be 15th December resuming 19th January, in line with the new editions of the Property Guide. Property Brokers offices will close on the 20th December and reopen 6th January. However, I am available over the holiday break.
