Another busy week with a couple of excellent properties sold under the hammer on Tuesday and some new listings including an excellent edge-of-town Hastings lifestyle and a couple of superb, no-covenant sections close to Bay View.  To back this up, our team have completed a large number of appraisals over the past week and recent months with a good proportion of these aiming to come to the market in the near future. We are seeing continued good attendance through all of our open homes which is great and buyers who have been quietly considering a property for some time are making their decisions to act and pursue negotiations to secure their chosen property.
