This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

It's been a week of mixed weather and lots of sick people! That said, there seems to be an increase in activity and lots of good genuine inquiry and buying activity taking place. This does line up with the time of year, but equally fly's in the face of all the election talk that we've been hearing lately.  It's a common theme that people seem to be waiting for the election with the expectation that on the 8th of November all will fall into place.  Anything that takes place on election day (The 7th in case you thought I missed it by a day!) likely won't even take effect until the new year.  Historical data shows that it has never really made a significant financial impact on the market but it is safe to say that if everyone is waiting until then, we will see a flurry of activity post it that will ultimately create more competition.  If buying is on your mind, now is a great time and with the amount currently on the market, there's plenty to chose from and likely many owners waiting to see something put in front of them.  We're here and ready to help and are working away at new things for Spring as well, so keep in touch and let's lock in Spring!
