Spring! It has felt like a long wait, but it does feel like we are already seeing some good activity across the board.  It’s nice to have some better weather (despite the wind) and the sentiment on the market feels generally more positive.  At the moment, 131 lifestyle properties total with 52 being bare land.  This is a really good split, though is still on the high side for bare land, which means there is likely some opportunity out there if you have been thinking of building or land banking.  We have some great new listings coming to the market for Spring and across a wide range of offerings.  Don’t forget the listings we currently have though as they are equally special and still waiting to find the next owner!
