A short week with some lovely warm(ish) weather has heralded the start of winter, with a pretty cool weekend on the cards!

The REINZ statistics show 25 lifestyle properties, one grazing and a small Cat 3 bare land property have been sold in May.  You can find all the details on the blog page at www.hawkesbaylifestyle.com. As always, there is an interesting and diverse array of properties and sale prices, covering a wide range of days on the market. The sales numbers have been consistent for the last few months, with 24 sales in April and 27 for March. It remains to be seen how these figures hold up over the traditionally slow winter months.
