• 11 were on the market less than 60 days (likely sold within their marketing campaign period eg Tender, Deadline, Auction)


• 8 lifestyle properties sold in excess of $2,000,000


• 8 lifestyle properties sold in excess of $1,000,000


• 8 lifestyle and bare land properties sold for less than $1,000,000
