This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

Yesterday’s news of the OCR was good news even if it was non-news.  No change is a good thing and while I have previously mentioned it would only have been a course correction it is still good news that not only will there be no change and therefore likely no knock-on effect to interest rates, but even better is that they are predicting inflation rates to drift towards normal.  The factors behind keeping the OCR the same will inevitably be a comfort and this is a good indication that we will continue to see existing and new buyers on the market looking to make buying decisions.  As numbers increase so will competition and there hasn’t been a large number of properties launched since the New Year, so being in the best buying position possible is key and we can help get you there if you wanted to talk through what they looks like.  For now, we have some great new things coming to the market this week, and still more to come!
