This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

This last week has seen some decent market activity across the region with strong open home attendance and good enquiry levels across many of our property listings.  While there's still a substantial number of lifestyle properties on the market (157 across both Napier and Hastings), it remains that the properties priced well and positioned well in the market are attracting the most attention.  It pays to keep an active eye on all the listings, as vendors who might have been on the market for a wee while already, look to adjust their expectations and achieve a result. Our currently active buyers are genuine, informed and motivated to make decisions. Most offers coming in remain conditional; this is likely to continue and will drive us into the slower winter months.
