24 sales for the month of October is a good result for the month on the back of quite a few new listings.  The market is clearly moving and with quite a few options out there to choose from, it is the right time to be looking.  Vendors will be wanting to see some activity prior to the close of the year and the opportunity to set the terms of a deal are generally favourable to a buyer given the motivation to see a result.  Conditions are not putting vendors off either but getting the timing right is key as there is an increase in back up interest and that tends to put pressure on while people are satisfying conditions.  There is a lot of great support and we are always happy to help guide people on the process so let me know if there’s any way I can help!
