This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

Some colder weather signalling the end of summer was very present this week.  It’s a good reminder that we are working towards the winter months which are generally a quieter period in real estate so it’s a good opportunity to lock in the property you have been considering before someone else does and be in before winter.  I  believe that we will see sales increase over the Autumn months based on current levels of activity.  The question around how the situation in Iran will impact us is something that we’ve been asked a bit lately.  There’s always the chance that people will focus their attention and spend here at home if global travel becomes a concern for people but these types of events can impact confidence in the market and while it’s too early to tell, it is something we will be keeping a close watch on and reporting back.  For now, the weather should improve over the next week and there is still a good number of options on the market and we are here to help with any buying needs you might have.
