This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

Last week's bout of wild weather seemed to keep quite a few people at home on the weekend. Open homes were lightly attended, but still numbers that we were expecting to see. There is still a lot of new faces out there in the market, and the lack of new listings really helps drive activity among those buyers just now coming to market. Price points are still in question as everybody is still oriented towards the new RVs for Hastings, and lots of questions around what's going to happen this year with the election cycle. We have been here before. Right. And as we mostly know, election years tend to yield no real changes in the market. But people do get nervous while leading up to them.
