April has been a busy month for our team with a good number of appraisals completed for a wide variety of properties and where the owners have a range of time frames within which they wish to come to the market. This bodes very well leading us through winter (which is of course now official!) and into spring. In the meantime, April sales look to be somewhat down from March, according to the provisional statistics available from REINZ.
