The general level of activity has continued to be good across many of our lifestyle properties.  While Art Deco was likely the reason for a slower open home weekend, there is still a lot of ongoing interest and we are seeing an increase in purchase related activity.  With inquiry and open home attendance growing, things will inevitably begin to heat up so it will be important to ensure you are in the best position to buy in order to beat any competition.  Eleven sales have been recorded for February and while some may still come through that is a good number with six of them sold in less than 60 days.  There are currently 167 Lifestyle listing and 53 of those are bare land so there is still a lot to choose from, but with good interest these numbers will begin to come down as we enter the cooler months of the year which will give people good opportunities to consider what’s out there and make decisions.
