This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

Here we are in May already! There has been some wild, windy, and wet weather across the country this week, and we have also felt the temperature drop in Hawke's Bay in the last couple of days. School holidays have been and gone, we have another couple of public holidays coming up and winter is fast approaching. Provisional REINZ data for rural and lifestyle sales show 24 sales recorded thus far for April, a significant jump on the 6 sales for April 2024. The "Days on Market" spread is extensive, with 13 recorded as 91 days or less, the remainder jumping quickly into much higher numbers.
