This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

Last week was a good example of the Spring season where we have seen a good steady flow of inquiry and decent open home attendance across our lifestyle properties.  The market has been consistent and steady since the start of Spring and while this week has been typical of what we see before the long Labour Day weekend (slightly quiet), we tend to see an uptick in activity for the last push before Christmas.  It will be a great time to pursue a property you have had your eye on.  Vendors want to have their next step sorted before Christmas just as much as buyers typically so always a good time to act on something and see if we can get it secured for you.  Please let us know if there is anything you have been considering or questions you may have about best ways to approach a purchase leading up to the Christmas holiday.
