This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

There is still a lot of discussion around what is happening overseas and speculation on how that will begin to impact petrol prices and interest rates.  We have seen an impact at the pump already and we know situations like these create fear and doubt in the market. That being said, with every shift in the market, there is always opportunity and waiting to see how things play out can often result in missed opportunities.  There is still a lot on the market, and many of these have been on the market for a long time.  There will be sellers getting nervous about the future and giving them something to consider may get more attention than you might think.  We will still always work to get the best from the market, but activity is the only way to see outcomes and continuing to try to secure something before any new changes take place would be considered very good timing by all involved.
