Earlier this year our next door neighbours sold their property through Shaun and we decided then, that after his handling of their sale that when the time came for us to move on, we would approach him as our agent. Shaun gave us one or two pointers, which we followed and we really believe his advice was the forerunner to a successful tendering process. We shared several cuppas over scones and muffins discussing things and to us that became a relaxing, friendly time. This in itself was a huge relief at what we know can be a very stressful time.
